Multistate Tax Commission Uniformity Projects: Finnigan & PL 86-272

The Multistate Tax Commission just finished its spring meetings. Matt Hunsaker provides an update on MTC personnel and two important uniformity projects: the model combined reporting statute for the Finnigan approach and the update to the Statement of Information on PL 86-272, which addresses whether online activities negate protections against state income taxes.
